Manager Coaching FAQ
What is Manager Coaching?
Manager coaching is a tactical development program for front-line sales managers — the people who run weekly 1-on-1s, review deals, and carry a team quota. It teaches the craft of coaching sellers: structured deal reviews, call coaching, pipeline management, and talent development, so the manager becomes a multiplier of team performance rather than the team’s best closer.
Who is Manager coaching for?
It is designed for front-line managers running teams of roughly 3 to 15 reps — especially managers who were promoted because they sold well and now find themselves firefighting deals instead of developing people. No prior management training is assumed.
How is Manager coaching delivered?
The core format is on-site intensive workshops once a month, combined with live deal-review shadowing and feedback between sessions. Every framework is practiced on the manager’s real team and real deals the same week it is taught.
What does the program actually cover?
Four blocks over 12 weeks: a coaching operating system (1-on-1s, deal reviews, call coaching), pipeline management and qualification discipline, deal-level intervention — when and how to step into a deal without taking it over — and talent development and retention rhythms.
How does pricing work for Manager coaching?
Manager coaching is a flat monthly retainer per manager with a 3-month minimum commitment, including workshops, shadowing sessions, and all toolkits. Cohort pricing is available when a company enrolls three or more managers together.
How is this different from general management training?
General management training covers HR-style fundamentals. This program is exclusively about sales management: every session works on live deals, real pipeline data, and actual team call recordings, using the same Bullseye Method the reps are trained on — so manager and team speak one language.
